Valdis Folkmanis holds a position of professor a dean of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Latvia. His scientific work is related to Montessori therapeutic methods with specific interests on the effect of different methods of therapy on improvement of life skills of children with Autism spectrum disorders. He is a founder of the Centre of Social Pediatrics in Riga, Latvia, and serves a director of this center for more than fifteen years. Valdis Folkmanis is an author of multiple publications in scientific journals and participated with presentations at different international medical conferences and congresses.

Manuel Filipe P. C. Martins Costa holds a PhD degree in Science (Physics) from the University of Minho (Portugal) where he works since 1985 at Physics Department teaching and performing applied research in optical metrology, applied optics, thin films and nanoscience, optometry and science education and literacy. He presented over 300 communications in international meetings and published around the same number of scientific papers, monographs and books; Editor or Member of the Editorial Board of several scientific and educational international journals. He is acting as Chairperson on 19 international conferences; Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of EOS, Member of the Board of the IberoAmerican Optics Network and Member of the Board of Stakeholders of PHOTONICS’21. He is President of the Hands-on Science Network, of the Portuguese Territorial Committee of the International Commission for Optics and of the Portuguese Society for Optics and Photonics, SPOF and Senior Member of SPIE and Fellow of European Optical Society

Optical metrology

Qihui (Jim) Zhai is currently working as a Professor of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology College of Medicine, Mayo Clinic. He obtained his medical degree from Shandong Medical University, China. He is honoured as Top Pathologists by Consumer’s Research Council of America. He has published more than 100 works in peer reviewed journals. His research interest includes pathology and cancer.

Pathology

Dr. Tranesh graduated top 1% with honors from the faculty of Medicine University of Zawia in Libya, where he was selected to be a teaching assistant in the department of pathology. He started his pathology training as an anatomic pathology resident at the National Cancer Institute of Libya. He received a scholarship to continue his graduate degree in the United States. He joined a very competitive graduate program at the Ohio State University in molecular pathology. After graduation, he started his residency training in anatomic and clinical pathology at St. John/Wayne State University, where he served as a chief resident in his final year. After residency, he joined a prestigious fellowship at Mayo Clinic in surgical pathology, followed by a second fellowship in cytopathology at The University of California San Diego. He is dually boarded by the American Board in clinical and anatomic pathology.

Dr. Tranesh has authored more than 26 publications including original articles, abstracts and book chapters. He published two books “Breast Cancer And The Growth Factors” and “Advances In Cancer Biology”. His research interests are on head and neck pathology, cytopathology, breast pathology and dermatopathology.

Dr. Arun Kumar Jha has completed M.B.B.S. & M.D. (Medical Microbiology) from top ranked institution of India. He has worked with prestigious institutions like Maulana Azad Medical College India, Quest Diagnostics (USA MNC) India, Rabigh General Hospital Saudi Arabia and SRL & Fortis Hospital India. Presently, he is heading the Department of Microbiology at Lifecare Hospital (VPS Healthcare), Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE. He is also the Chairman of Infection Control Committee & Vice-Chairman of Antibiotic Stewardship Committee at his present institution. Dr. Jha has presented several scientific papers in National & International forums. As invited guest speaker he has delivered talks in international conferences. He has published 14 papers in international medical journals of high impact factors. He is also an Editorial Board Member and Scientific Reviewer to many international medical journals. He has received travel grant awards from Govt. of India to present the research work at International forums (Vancouver & Paris). He is a member of Emirates Society of Clinical Microbiology, UAE, and Post-Doctoral member of American Society of Microbiology, USA. He is also a certified Internal Auditor of ISO 15189. His biography has been selected for publication in Marquis “Who’s Who in the World 2018”.

Professor Dr. Mohammad Hadi Dehghani (PhD) is a Full Professor at the Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS), School of Public Health, Department of Environmental Health Engineering, Tehran, IRAN. His scientific research interests include the Environmental Health and Disinfectants. He is the author of various research studies published at national and international journals, conference proceedings and Head of several research project at the TUMS. He has authored 8 books and more than 150 full papers published in peer- reviewed journals. He is an editorial board member and reviewer in many internal and international journals and is member of several international science committees around the world. He has supervisor and advisor PhD and MSc theses at the TUMS.

Man Mohan vyas is currently working as Consultant Microbiologist and Chief of Lab at Neuberg Supratech Micropath Laboratory & Research Centre, Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. In his twelve year experience he associated with many multinational and international health care alliances and laboratory chains like Metropolis Health Care Ltd, Vimta Lab, Medipuls Hospitals etc., He is founder director member of M.D. Microbiology Centre and SEQUE health care services and also associated with Many institution as Assistant Professor and in research, like M.N. Institute of Applied Sciences,Bikaner, M.D. PG college, Sriganganagar. He completed his IA & QMS ISO 15189:112 internal auditor NABL certification and give services with DRDO-RECRUITMENT AND ASSESSMENT CENTRE as Expertise in field of Microbiology and Biotechnology. He is life time member of Infection Control Academy of India (IFCAI), and also actively participated in social activities to aware community for their health through Shri Divya Aayush Trust, Lions Club and All kind consultancy & Social services, Bikaner. He published around 24 paper in various pioneer international and national journals and around 30 presentations in various national and international conferences where he received gold medal for best paper and also worked as a part of team member in organization of many national and international conferences, Symposium and Department of science and technology, Govt. of India funded research programme.

His primary focused work area to developed methods and techniques to isolate pathogen and their drug development with establishment of quality work in health care and use of computational database management and LIS system to ease and errorless work implementation in pathology and histopathology.

Professor Dr Ibrahim El- Bayoumy holds bachelor of medicine and surgery (Tanta faculty of medicine-Egypt,1989),then he earned his master degree in public health, preventive and social medicine (Tanta faculty of medicine-Egypt1996),and MD,PhD in public health, preventive and social medicine 2003 from Tanta faculty of medicine-Egypt and McGill faculty of medicine –Montreal -Canada in division of clinical epidemiology in Royal Victoria hospital through double channel system as scholarship from ministry of education-Egypt. He is Full professor of public health and community medicine in Tanta faculty of medicine Egypt. Now he is working in ministry of health in Kuwait as consultant of public health and preventive medicine. Dr El Bayoumy has published many research works in international journals, he is interested in research in epidemiology of infectious diseases like HIV, tuberculosis, brucellosis and infectious hepatitis, he is interested in epidemiology of chronic diseases like diabetes mellitus and its health economics and pharmacoepidemiology. He is a reviewer of many national and international journals. He has great interest also in childhood obesity and has written a chapter on childhood obesity in a book published by Nova publishers in USA. He has obtained post-graduate Master’s degree is diabetes care and education-Dundee faculty of medicine-Scotland –UK October 2015. He was invited speaker in many international conferences in China. South Korea , Japan and Kuwait
